Tho Bill asked that tho intention of Bishop Solwyn be carried out, and that all the revenues from the cathedral site should accumulate to tho fund'for the erection of tho cathedral. If tho ■Bill was passed, lio said, it was desired that they should apply to Parliament for legislation giving effect to the proposals. The Bill was reported from committee without amendment.
