The Soviet has released Horr Goldstein, the General Electric Company's engineer, on the ground that he had only been in Russia three weeks, and could not have participated in the plot. Nevertheless the German Government's attitude is unchanged, and it still adheres to its demands. Six of tho largest industrial organisations have pasged a resolution of protest; also of determination not to send experts to Russia until the affair is settled satisfactorily.
