An Admiralty communique states: The report of the jlalta Court of Inquiry which investigated tho disciplinary matters affecting Bear-Admiral Collard, Captain Dewar, and Commander Daniel, has been received, and the Admiralty is now considering it. The Admiralty definitely states: "There lias not been a mutiny or refusal to sail u'rder Rear-Admiral Collard, and there has not been a court-martial.*' A Court circular states that Mr. Bridgeman visited the King to-diiy.
