SPAIN AND BRAZIL INVITED (A.P.A. and "Sun.") I (Received 9th March, 1 p.m.) GENEVA, Bth March. The League Council unanimously adopted proposals to communicate with Brazil and Spain, asking if the reasons for their leaving the League still existed, and adding that the League attached great importance to their collaboration. Sir Austen Chamberlain, M. Briand) Dr. Stressemann, and other delegates warmly approved.
