SEVERE EARTHQUAKE
MESSINA SUFFERS AGAIN (United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received Bth March, 2.30 p.m.) ROME, "7th" March. Messina has undergone the severest earthquake since the disaster of 1908. It lasted ten seconds. So far there is no loss of life reported, but a paftic occurred, the populace rushing into the streets fear-stricken. Many are camping in the open. '< Fortunately the buildings erected since the last earthquake generally withstood the shocks, but the damage was considerable in some towns.
