The newspapers publish & BfitiSh Noto to Egypt, Which says tJldt Britain will not tolerats tho introduction of laws hampering the Administration in Egypt and hindering Britain from defending tho interests and security of foreigners. It cites in this connection tho' abrogation of tho law dealing with public assemblies, which tho Egyptian Government repealed. It insists on tho maintenance of control over tho Egyptian Army as well as the position-of British officers therein.
