DE LUXE THEATRE.
The love story of a modern girl collegian is told In "Tho Fair Co-Ed" at tho De Luxe Theatre. Marlon Davies is at her best. The heroine refuses to stay at college because the head decides to ban student motor-cars, but tho appearance of Bob, who is personated by Johnny Mack Brown; at her door in an effort to sell some books to help defray his college expenses, causes her to change her mind, and she returns, the result being a great mixture of romance and adventure. Supporting pictures include a news and a comedy, "Tho Second Ono Hundred Years." Tho Orchostra l)e Luxe plays selections from Gilbert and Sullivan's "Patience" as an overture, and the entr'acte was a novelty item, "Stepping on the Ivories," In which Mr. Arthur Eaton played a xylophone solo. On the Wurlitzer organ Mr. Emanuel Aarons plays "A Shady Tree."
