(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHEISTCHUBCH, Thia Day. In the last stages of exhaustion, uS with a severe attack of cramp, a man named H. Unwin was rescued from th« surf at New Brighton yesterday afternoon. Unwin was out of hit depth when he had a seizure of cramp. Hit plight was noticed by the patrolman and a life-saving team made a smut turn out. After an hour's resuscitation efforts Unwin became conscious, and was later taken to his home.
