PENALTY OF LOW FLIGHT
(Received 28th January, 8 a.m.) NEW YOKE, 26th January. A messago from Naugatuck (Connecticut) states that Bert Acosta, the transatlantic aviator' who accompanied Commander Byrd to Paris, was sentenced to five days in gaol when convicted of violating the State law against low flying.
