The gatherings at the Salvation Army, Constable Street Hall, to-morrow will be of a speciul character. Commissioner James Hay, of the Salvation Army, is announced to deliver.an address at the Army's Hall at Petone on Sunday evening. The title will be "The Dynamic o£ Salvation."
