Won by a neck, two lengths between second and third. Time, 3min 0 4-5J sec. m Novice Stakes, of 100 soys; six fuJB longs.—l Discourse 1, 5 Dreamy 2, M Shining Star 3. Scratched: BraeburryH Cloyne, ftolden Shadow, Warfille. Won by one and a half lengths. Time, lmin 15 2-ssce. Foxton Cup, of 300 soys; ono mile and a quarter.—7 Twink (Potter), 7.0, 1; 4 Kilmiss, 7.13, 2; 6 Ardfinnan, 7.4, 3. Scratched: Our Jack. Won by a neck, a length between second and third. Time, 2min 8 2-ssec. Henna took the lead, but Bent went to the front at the '■ stand. At the back of the straight Gaze moved up, and in the home run Twink came-away to win from Kilmiss. ~ Himitangi Hack, of 120 soys; six furlongs.—2 Lin Arlington, 7.12, 1; 7 Maui, 7.4, 2; 9 Hinehoro, 7.5, 3. Scratched: White Ringlet. Won by a length. Time, lmin 15 l-ssec.
