ON THE RENUNCIATION OP WAR (British Official Wireles*.) BTJGBY, 13th January. The United States Embassy at London to-day conveyed to the Foreign Office, for information of the British Government, a copy of a further Note sent on Wednesday by Mr. Kellogg, United States Secretary of State, to the French Ambassador at Washington in. continuance of the Franeo-Ajneriean correspondence on the subject of the proposed treaty for the renunciation of war as an instrument of policy.
