ITALIAN AIRSHIP VENTURE (United Press Association. —Copyright.) (Published in "The Times.") LONDON, 12th January. The Milan correspondent of "The Times" reports that the airship M 4, in which General Nobile will make a venture to the North Pole, is almost ready.
