EXCURSION TO PICTON.

On account of the large number of people who were, disappointed in. obtaining tickets for the Wahine's excursions to Pictou on Boxiug Day and New lears Day, the vessel will make another excursion' on Anniversary Day, 23rd January. She will leave Wellington at 8 a.m., and should be inside Tory Channel well before 10 a.m. Excursionists will have nearly four hours before the Wahine commences, at 2.30 p.m., the homeward run down Queen Charlotte Sound and Tory Channel, and across Cook Strait, arriviug at Wellington a little after 5 p.m.
