SOME REPRINTS

"Tho Secret Sanctuary," by Warwick Deeping (London, Cassell's), is in its third and a cheaper edition. It is a novel well worth re-reading. The saving of John Stretton, a victim of after-war complications/by Jessie Viner, makes a delightful story. Shellshock is still giving anxiety to medical men tho world over. Clever in workmanship, sound in logic, with leavenings of humour, "Tho Secret Sanctuary" is a very acceptable novel. "Tho Human Pedagogue," a school story by R. G. Jennings, has been reissued in a cheaper edition by Australian Authors' Agency, Melbourne. As the scene is laid in Australia, at a school modelled on the lines of the famous English public schools, the story should appeal to those in this part of the world.
