DOCUMENTS STOLEN THEFT IN WILHELMSTRASSE (United Press Association.—Copyright.) BERLIN, 4th January. Important documents relating to a proposed Anglo-German loan were stolen from the representatives of British banks engaged in the negotiations. The Englishmen left an attache cue in an anteroom at the Government office in the Wilhelmstrasse while they interviewed an official. When they returned for the bag it was empty.
