ASSISTED PASSENGERS BY THE TAMAROA

A party of assisted passengers arrived by the Tamaroa from England yesterday afternoon, and disembarked this morning. Oufc of a total of 135, ninetyfive were women, including 23. domestics. The numbers and places of destination are aB follows:—For Wellington, 1 man, 22 women, 7 children; for Auckland, 12 men, 35 women, 6 children; for Lyttelton, 3 men, 12 women, 2 children;! for Duiiedin, 1 man, 4 women. The remainder of the party, 5 men, 22 women, and 3 children, arc r for other parts of the Dominion.
