EMPRESS THEATRE.

Plenty of excitement is provided In "'The Danger Girl," staring Priscilla Dean, to be shown finally to-night at the Empress Theatre. It deals with the plottlngs of a band of thieves "The Man in the Shadow," the supporting attraction, makes a protest against circumstantial evidence. "Scenes of the Solomon Islands," which shows the locality of the recent massacre, are also, on the programme.

Mary Astor plays the girl, while Louis Holheim takes the chief character role that of Sergeant Peter M'Gaffney. Aloxander Carr, of "Potash «nd Perlrautter", fame, has another of his typical dramatic comedy roles In Chadwick's "April Fool," the supporting feature. It is an adaptation of the well-known play "An April Shower,".by Edgar Allan Woolf and Carr,-In' which the latter".starred on the stage.
