INJURIES PROVE FATAL

CHRISTCHUECH, Bth October.
Mr. J. R. M'Kenzie, inspector \mder the Health Department, aged 63, and married, died to-day as the result of the injuries he received as the result of the brakes on his cycle failing, and the machine careering down hill with him at Lyttelton.
