(Beceived 3rd October, 10 a.m.) ' PERTH, This Day. congress of the Returned Soldiers' .League was notified .that the Government was not prepared to declare Anzac Day a sacred holiday equal to Christmas Day or Good Friday, or that it should be observed as a paid holiday by all workers.
