They were set down to .flre on Kallway range, and both teams were ready to make a start about 8 p.m. Kershaw (Hutt) and Croiton (P.S.) commenced, and the latter got a lead on his opponent by one point. Morris (Hutt) and Stuart (P.S.)'were next, ana the former beat his opponent by four points. O. Chtng (Hutt) and Gibson (P.S ) left the Rounds with Gibson three points up on dnin& ■ Blso (Hutt} beat Pdutawera (P S ) by .two lointe.' F. Chlng (Huttj and White" (P.S.) tied with 6G. With live men gone in each team, Hutt were two points to the good, and the last two men for Hutt put the issue beyond *ll doubt by scoring—Hare 69, Goldfinch 68 asalnst Webb 65, Low 64, leavins Hutt winners of the match by 10 points, and .winners of the A grade inter-club championship for 1927. This club has now annexed the A, B, and C. wade. •and they deserve the congratulations of all shooting enthusiasts. They must Indeed feel very pleased with their performance. As a club they have proved how consistent they are, .because in their ranks they possess the champion fire-men team for New Zealand against *11-comers,: also the champion individual shot ■In the person of L.
