SEATTLE, 26th September. Messrs. Smith, TJlm, and Andersoii state that they will start next month, for Australia in a tri-motored Fokker, ■ used by Captain "Wilkins on his polar expeditions. Mr. Anderson, now at Honolulu, says that he expects to take off for. San Francisco, if the weather is favourable, or otherwise from Seattle. It is understood that • the flight ■will cover 9500 miles . from - the United , States to Australia, via Honolulu, N,c-s»f' Britain, and New - Guinea.
