£.;. (A.P.A. and "Sun.") jr LONDON, 22nd September. At the wool sales there was a fine selection, of merinos and New Zealand slipes, Jmti a limited supply of other sorts. There was the keenest competition, and a splendid; tone, prices being fully maintained. JSTew Zealand sales: Howard, highest price 84% d, average 23d; Murchison, 45d and 43d: :
Bradford spinners are showing rather more interest. Crossbreds are firm, but merinos are rather easier. Quotations: Sixty-fours, 50d per 1b; sixties, 45% d; fiftjTsixcs, 35% d; fifties, 28d; forty-sixes, 22% d; forties, 21d. [Received 24th September, 11 a.m.)
