Ihc Times" Cologno correspondent says Gorman newspapers accuso the Ehjneland High Commissioners of violating tho air alleviations recently granted Germany by prohibiting propaganda flights in connection with tho aviation meeting at Wiesbaden, also tho visit of thirty-six Itoichswehr officers. Tho Commissioners declare that the allegations concerning alloviations are a gross misrepresentation. Gorman 'planes of all descriptions fly over tho occupied territory daily, and permission has been given for tho establishment of three now aerodromes. They point put that propaganda flights were temporarily prohibited owing to British Army manoeuvres. Tho Reichswchr officers woro only permitted in tho occupied territory on private business.
