FAIR WEATHER
• Pressure lias increased steadily over New Zealand and the southerly winds have moderated. The weather has been cold and changeable, with showers in many parts of the country. Although there was still much cloudiness about and a few isolated showers, conditions generally this morning showed an improvement. The indications are for moderate southerly winds veering to westerlies and northerlies southward o£ New Plymouth and Napier Fair weather.generally is predicted, but some scattered rainfall is likely in districts with a westerly aspect.
