NEW ZEALANDERS PRESENTED

(From "The Post's" Representative.) LONDON, 29th June. Nearly a thousand people attended the third Court of the. season, hold by the King and Queen. Most of the New Zealandors were presented by Mrs. L. S. Amery (wife of the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs). Lady Parr was not well enough to attend on either evening. Mrs. Eric Stevens, in her mother's absence, was presented by Mrs. Amery as also were the following: Miss A. C. Keave (Christehurch). Miss Dorothy Acton-Adams (Kaikowia), Miss Margaret Acton-Adams (Dunedin), Miss Edith Lawrie (Wellington), Mrs. Biehard Barker (Gisborne), Miss Winifred Lysnar (Gisborne), Miss Philippa Nairn (Hawkes Bay), Miss Myra Pinckney and Miss Evelyn Pinckney (Southland), Mrs. Eiehard H. Studholme (Cbristchureh 1* Mrs. J. Sutherland Boss (Dunedin) Miss June Batehelor (Dunedin), Miss B. Mandl (Hokitika), Miss Phyllis Bloomfield and Miss Jocelyn Bloomfield (Auckland), Miss Jessie Craig (Auckland), Miss Ailsa Burns (Auckland). . Mrs. Barker presented Miss Patricia Barker, Mrs. Craeroft Wilson (who was commanded to Court) presented hedaughter (Mrs. D. P. Dickinson) on her marriage, and her daughter-in-law (Mrs. Frederick Craeroft Wilson); Mrs. Normau FitzHerbcrt presented Miss Cicely Fitzherbert and Mrs. Strachan Goldingliam; Miss Agnes Duncan (Wellington) was presented by Mrs. Beviss Bond. THEIR DRESSES. Mrs. Craeroft Wilson was in a handsome gown in black satin beaute, embroidered in graduated lines in gold and sphinx beads, forming side panels to skirt and. entire front of corsage. The train from the shoulders was of gold and metal shot brocaded lame and black velvet. Ornaments: Pearls and diamonds. Mrs. Dickinson wore a dress of apricot georgette of a darker shade and and silver embroideries, giving a lovely shimmering effect. The train in apri- ! cot georgette of a darker shade and silver tissue caught on shoulder with loops of silver and velvet. Ornaments: Pearls. Mrs. Norman FitzHerbert wore a soft rose-pink georgette gown, handembroidered with crystal and gold bugle beads. The gracefully draped train was of gold and rose-pink shot tissue. Miss FitzHerbert choso a picture gown of yellow sliot faille and gold lace, trinvnied with embroidered chiffon motifs and pale delphinium blue velvet ribbons draped from the shoulders. The train of yellow chiffon was bordered with gold lace. Mrs. Bichard Barker wore a gown of grey lace over a foundation of qxydised tissue. The train of oxydised tissue was bordered with grey lace and embroidered with oxydised threads. She carried a mauve ostrich fan. Miss Barker was in ivory crepe-chif-fon and net, embroidered in silver-lined bugles. The train was of silver^lame, with cascades of chiffon edged" with silver bugles, and embroidered bugles and crystals. Her ostrich fan was tipped with pink. Mrs. J. Sutherland Boss was in a gown of silver lace over pale pink georgette, with floating draperies of hydrangea blue and silver. A train of the same blue was lined with pale pink and edged with a broad band of silver lace, the shoulder finished with a trail of silver leaves' and muave sweet peas. A posy repeated the same colours as the gown, the whole effect being of silver and pale hydrangea shadings. Miss Neave wore a gown and train of cherry tinted georgette and dull goH. lace. The Misses M. Adine Acton-Adams and Dorothy C. Acton-Adams were dressed alike in Early Victorian picture frocks of white taffeta, the scal-lop-edged flounce embroidered in pasteltinted flowers. Underskirt and berthe of silver lace. Miss Burns had a Victorian gown of ivory taffeta, the full gathered skirt finished with an applique of silver lace, embroidered with diamante, the bodice finished with a berthe of the same lace. A train of silver lace was arranged over pale pink shot lame. A posy of pink flowers, tied with silver, was carried. Miss Lysnar wore a gown in cyclamen georgette, daintily embroidered in silver. The train was of silver lame, lined chiffon to match the gown. Miss Lawrie selected a dress of pompadour lace, trimmed with small medallions of flowers over .silver lame. The train of silver lame was embroidered in shades to match the gown and lined with flesh-coloured ninon. A bouquet of flowers in colourings to tone was carried. Miss Craig's dress was of pale pink georgette embroidered with crystal beads. The train of silver lame was lined with pale pink. A fan was carried. Miss M. Pinckney was in pale blue taffetas with gold lace on the skirt; pink and blue rosettes on the shoulder and at the waist. The train of blue georgette was inlet with gold lace. Miss E. Pinckney wore a white picture frock, trimmed with diamante. The train of silver lace was lined with pink georgette. Miss Duncan was in gown of ivory satin beaute, embroidered lightly with diamante and pearls. The train o£ antique lace was arranged on ivory tulle. Miss Nairn was in shell pink chiffon with pink iridescent sequin and diamante. The train of silver was lined with pink. Mrs. Amery also presented Mrs. 13. J. Carroll, who wore primrose crepe juilette, embroidered in bronze and gold bugles and bronze thread. The train was of gold brocade and gold metallic lace.
