CAPETOWN, 11th August. It is reported that New Zealand is contemplating rescinding her preferential trade agreement with South Africa on the ground that, while South Africa benefits in respect of dried fruit exports, New Zealand obtains no corresponding advantages, the South African tariff practically excluding most New Zealand products.
