GISBORNE, This Day. The motor service companies ojierating 011 the East Coast are alarmed at the outlook as the result of the decision of the Appeal Court regarding the payment of licensing fees. For service cars travelling up the Coast, five licenses will be required; to fiotorua, nine; to Tauranga,-ten; to Napier, sis. If the fees are enforced, it i 3 considered, a number of services will be compelled to stop.
