Sir Frederick White, summarising the proceedings on behaW of the British delegates, said: "It is because of our experience in disagreement ana efforts at the peaceful solution of such disagreements that our commonwealth is committed to the League of Nations Ihis conference is a bold experiment because it is composed of men and women who have faith in the future iv our time.
