Technicolour photography, has boon brought to screen comedy by Harry Langdon in his new picture, ''Long Pants," now at the Empire Theatre. Tho whimsical, sad-eyed star has taken another revolutionary step by filming one complete sequence of his new laugh special in natural- 'colour. Tho supporting feature is Bex Ingram'3 "The Magician," a weird drama. The cast Is headed by AliceTerry and Paul Wegencr. A news reel and a comedy complete this fine programme. :
