. BERLIN, 28th July. It is reported from Moscow that the deaths of the twenty Soviet officials were announced in Soviet newspapers, which wero issued with blaok borders! It is known that those dead attended'a Bolshevik banquet, after which they were taken violently ill with symptoms of poisoning. It is not known whether the contaminated food yas accidentally served or whether the men were deliberately poisoned. It is noteworthy thaf anti-Bolshevik plottmga m Leningrad have recently increased.
