BERLIN, 27th July. JNewspapers from Leningrad niysterU ously report the deaths during tho last three days of twenty leading Soviet of. ficials. Each death notice states: "Ha died in the service of the proletariat." It is surmised that they are the victims, of a counter-revolutionary plot Simultaneously there is a fresh Soviet campaign of summary executions. There were forty-eight last week. Other ver. sions say they totalled a hundred.
