DEPUTATION TO CAROL
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Eeceived 28th July, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, 27th July. The "Daily Mail's" Paris correspondent states that tho deputation which waited upon Prince Carol from Bueharest_ urged Prince Carol to formally claim the throne, even if he considered it.unwise to return immediately to Rumania.
It is stated that Prince Carol did not make any dofmito promise.
