NAPIER HARBOUR
THE RIVAL SCHEMES
A Commission consisting of Messrs. J. U. Barton (chairman), A. C. Mackenzie, and J. B. Waters has been set up to inquire into matters concerning the Napier Harbour.
Tho Commission is asked to state which of the rival harbour schemes provides the best and most suitable harbour, whether such a harbour should be constituted, whether a different scheme should be adopted, etc. The Commission is required to report by the end of next month. >
