SUPREME COURT
CRIMINAL SESSIONS
The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court (Wellington district) will bo opened before Mr. Justice M'Grcgor on Tuesday. The following cases have been set down for trial:—
Harry Stacey and Ernest Edward Harper, alleged manslaughter; alleged reckless driving of a motor-car, causing bodily injury.
William John Walling, alleged reckless driving of a motor-car,' thereby causing death.
George Huia Brewer, alleged escape from custody.
John Asher, alleged breaking, entering, and theft} alleged arson.
