BUCHAEEST, 22nd July. Tho late King Ferdinand, in his wilL prays heaven to bless his people. In. a codicil he regrets Prince Carol's renunciation of the throne, which necessitated the annulment of bequests to hun of castles and real estate, because these are necessary for the future Kin"-. Prince Carol shares in the money and State securities.
Tho late King says: "I pray God to help my dear spa in the life ho has chosen despite his parents' wishes, and to grant that his choice may be happy for himself and Kumania." '
King Ferdinand left a letter for M. Bratiano (the Premier), stating: "God has willed that tho Crown shall pass to my grandson, who is yet a child. I call on the citizens to maintain the orogress of the country. I think with fatherly love of my dear son Carol. No doubt h8 will strive to hold the kingdom. I charge him to keep his promise not to return without the Government's permission."
