DE LUXE THEATRE.
The gazette screened last evening for tho nrst time at tho De Luxo Theatre was ono of tho most interesting shown for Quite a while, particularly so now that the cable news is full of Transatlantic flights. Most of It was devoted to their enthralling subject, and showed several of the most notable fliers "hopping off" as well as preparing for their respective journeys. Thero is the customary comic relief, this time runnier than usual, and a dramatic film b£ great strength. "The Fourth Commandment," In .which Miss Bello Bennett plays the leading rolo, deals with tho relationship of chUd-on towards their parents, and contains not only a fine moral but an enthralling story. A wife leaves her home when- her husband refuses to turn his Jiothcr out, and she, in turn, suffers a similar happening when her own son marries a jealous wife. As Virginia, the wife and mother who takes the central part or the story. Miss Bennett give 3 a very fine rendering of a difficult role. Sho is splendid when disaster *.-mes ins the scenes in which she is depleted as a happy bride and mother. Tho setting of the Picture is really splendid, both the Interior and outside scenery adding considerably to the talc which is told. The picture sid4 of the programme Is well, supported by the music which has been chosen, and which Is played under the direction of Mr. Emanuol Aarons. The conductor gave several Items on the \Yurlitzer organ, including Schubert's famous Serenade" and a delightful little tone poem, on the well-known song; "Mother Machree."
