SCOTS COLLEGE PARENTS' ASSOCIATION.
The Scots College Parents' Association held its first annual meeting on Tuesday. The association was formed last year to promote the interest of the parents and to assist the college generally. During the year funds have been provided to install a worthy bell in the college; the College Pipe Band has been equipped with bagpipes and full kilt uniform, and it made an excellent showing when it led a church parade recently. An honours board has also been provided for the college, and other improvements have been carried out. The association also has further improvements m view. Mr. J. B. Lauchlan was reelected president of the association, and Mr. C. W. Carroll hon. secretary and treasurer.
