"Guilty on all charges," was the finding of the Court-martial which heard the allegations against Staff Ser-geant-Major and First-class Warrant Officer C. S. Mahoney, charged with insubordination. He is to be reduced to the rank of Staff Sergeant-Major and Second-class Warrant Officer, and to take rank and precedence as if his appointment bore the date of 23rd May.
