Among the latest crop of remarkable official documents is an allega.iiqn that Elvengren confessed to having endeavoured to obtain Mr. Henry .ford's support in a plot to kill M. Tchitcherin recently in France, for which it was hoped to get the money from America. .The Berlin newspaper, "Zeitung am Mittag," reports that Soviet secret police arrested five Germans in a Moscow hotel for alleged espionage.
