VALIDITY QUESTIONED

(United Pi-ess Association.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, 14th June. Representatives of big picture fllm distributors applied to the Acting Chief Justice in Chambers in the High Court for an injunction restraining the State Government from levying and collecting a tax on the exhibition of picture films.
