MESSRB. P. S. RABONE AND CO., Manawatu Agents, Reo Speed Wagons.
The Manawatu agents for the Eeo Speed Wagons have a very fine exhibit consisting of > two 25-30cwt. and one 40-50cwt. Eeo Speed Wagons. Tho two-ton truck is. similar to the one that undertook the gruelling reliability test, fully loaded, from North Cape to the Bluff and return, with the engine running continually throughout tho trip. This is the only commercial truck that has ever attempted a run of this description. Mr. J. W. Jones, of Bco Motors, Ltd., Auckland, who kept the official log of the tour, is on the stand, and has a vory interesting booklet of this test, which, when read, will convince the most sceptical buyer. Tho bodywork on the 25-30cwt. Beo Speed Wagon was built by Messrs. Adam Burgos, of PaJmerston North, and is a credit to Netv Zealand bodybuilders.
The spare parts shown on the board give an idea to buyers of the strong material used iv the manufacture of these trucks. Every unit of the Eeo Speed Wagon is manufactured, not assembled, and the Beo Company ?s engineers have been, making trucks since 1903, which is convincing proof that these trucks are here to last.
Buyers desiring a demonstration can get in?touch with the agents by telephoning 5958, or writing Box 198, Palmers'on North.
