SNELLIKG'S BUTCHERY, Cuba street, Palmerston North.

Judged on a quality standard, apart altogether from tho question of prices, it may fairly bo claimed that G-. L. Suolling, the butcher, of Cuba street, has won right through so far as the meat trade of Palmorston North is concerned. His has been a decisive victory, "for and on behalf of the householders who patronise his establishment.

That strong, appealing combination— quality and price—has ever played an important part in tho cost of living question, but so far as meat is taken into account we "venturo to say that it is nowhere cheaper and better than it is here. Mr. Snclling does his own buying, ho doeß his own grazing, too, so it is just a matter of Snelling, the butcher, buying what he wants from Snelling the grazer, and these two being the one and the same individual, it can bo understood why tho public are so woll treated in tho matter of quality and price. Never sacrifice quality just because someone else may be serving up some "boner cows" is a wise decision arrivod at by tho management o£ this popular butchery. It would bo folly to attempt to build up a business on a low-price stunt that may rob you of a good name for high-class goods. Mr. Snolliug, in truth, substance, and fact, is a' butcher possossing a high sense of duty to the public, and himself, and and has succeeded beyond all expectations, to give good service, 'full weight, best quality meat to the public at the lowest prices consistent with solvency and fair trading methods. In short, for meat and small goods, you cannot beat Snelling's quality and prices.
