DUNEDIN RABBIT SKIN MARKET.
Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Company, Wellington, advise having received the following report from their Dunedin office in regard to the rabbit Skin sale held in that centre on Tuesday last:—"We offered an average catalogue to a full attendance of buyers at to-day's Bale. Owing to the drop in the London market last month we have to advise that all grades of autumns and incoming winters showed a decline of from 8d to 12d. Hacks and low-grade Borts declined 3d to 4d. On the other hand, good winter skins were very firm Rt last sale's quotations. In spite of this drop in the market prices generally must still be considered very high. Our quotations are as follow:— Prime bucks, 146 dto 148 d; does, 120 dto 122 d; first bucks, 142 dto 146 d; does, 114 d to 118 d; second bucks, 121 dto 131 d; does,: 90d to 99d; first spotted winters, 85d to lOOd; Becond spotted winters, 70d to 78d; incoming winters, 95d to 105 d; second lhcoming winters, 76d to 85d; late autumns, 82d to 85d; early autumns^ 68d to 73d; dawny autumns, 55d-to 59d; prime racks 48d to 51d; light racks, 45d.t0 48d; summers, 28d to 30d; springs, 52d to 65d; 4nilk* SSdig.aO^Jia^^^^^g-
