The Magistrate and counsel exchanged heated insults, and then blows, and had to be separated. A sequel yesterday was a fierce six-round sword duel, fought in deadly earnest in another lawyer's garden. Ouo of tho duellists was twice deeply wounded in the arm. Doctors stopped the duel, but the opponents were not reconciled
