DE LUXE THEATRE.
Adolphe Menjou has the leading role in "Blonde or Brunette," the delightful comedy which is now screening at the Do Luxe Theatre. Greta Nissen and Arlette Marchall are the blonds and brunette between which the star has such difficulties in choosing. Menjou is cast as a young Paris attorney who is tired of the fast life of his set and marries a demure coun-^ try miss, only to find that Paris twns her into the gayest' of the gay. A divorce follows, and he tries once more. Complicationg then set in and Menjou, together with his first and present wives, ia invited to the home of the first's wealthy grandmother. Mr. Emanuel Aarons at the Wurlitzer organ again enchants his listeners, and delightful incidental music is supplied by the orchestra under his control. CLARA BOW IN "IT." Elinor Glyn's sensational novel "It" will commence screening at the De Luxe Theatre on Friday night nest for one week, with ;■ matinee on Saturday at 2.30. Clara Bow, the vivacious screen star, plays the. star part. Elinor Glyn expressly adapted this story for Miss . Bow. 1% deals with a shop girl who possesses that magnetic something which defies definition, but attracts all others with compelling force. The cast includes Antonio Moreno, whose fine acting in "Mare Nostrum" has not been forgotten. Mr. Emanuel Aarons continues to delight crowds nightly with his masterly playing on the Wurlitzer, and has for this picture selected ' special items, which he- will render nightly and at the matinee. The Orchestra De Luxe will play a special music score. The supporting programme consists of a sparkling comedy and _ latest Topical Budget.
