ROYALIST INTRIGUES ADVICE OF VENIZELOS HOLD PLEBISCITE AT ONCE (United Press Association. —Copyright.) ATHENS, 31st May. M. Venizelog has created a sensation by an article in which he urges tho Republican leaders to insist on the Coalition Government holding a Sjgggggggjggmm plebiscite without delay for the purpose of confirming the new Constitution. He argues that this |^HE)Pi^^H| will end the intrigues of the USM9^FW^^m\ Royalists, who, in spite of the I^^^Hhlm^^Hl previous proI^^^HH^^^Hl nouncement of I^^^^M^^^^Hl the people, con|ISSSB_9^9Hl tinue to regard M. vttii.tLuo. the Bepublican regime as illegally established, and maintain a dangerous agitation aiming at the restoration of the Monarchy by force. The Cabinet at a special meeting decided not to adopt the proposal, but the situation, says the "Daily Express," may be complicated by the intervention of the military. The Government is concentrating known loyal troops at Salonika and Athens.
