There are no appreciable differences in tho situahon. Wealthy Chinese at Hankow sheltering in tho remaining foreign concessions are Bending their families to bhanghai. Lower down stream, where ix? ggal£al"Shek is oagaged with a mixed Northern force, British wireless reports stato that the situation is not favouring Chiang Kai-Shek.
