LONDON, 11th May. Mr. Vivian Carter, secretary of tho British Rotary International Association, speaking at a luncheon, said that tho Rotary International meeting at Ostend in June would attempt to standardise Rotarian thought dealing with peace, industry, business, and civic life. It would consider the establishment of areas all over the world, including one for Australia and New Zealand, which/ would send representatives to the international meeting yearly.
