Tho Knanco Committee- recommended: "That in accordunco with tho recommendation of tho Professorial Bourd, Hii unofficial graduation corernony, bo hold in tho Town Hull on Friday, 10th Juno, and that His Kxc.olloncy tho Govcrnor-Gonora) bo asked to rocoivo tho graduutcs." Br. T. :D. M. Stout said ho thought tho council ought to know doflnitoly what tho function wiih going to bo. Ho wag present at tho lost corumony, and o.iimo away very much ashamed of it. Jt was most importnnt that tho council should ho quito certain that tho conduct on tho part of N omo HtudontH such as on tho last occasion should not occur whon tho Govoruor-Gonoral wns present.

Professor lUornnco suid ho was very much afraid that thoy could not bo absolutely certain how somo students would behave on wir.h un occasion.
